Valeria, Mukilteo Ferry

When you can't breathe, sometimes you have to take yourself out of where you are now and go somewhere. Go to the ocean. Take off your shoes and walk into the water until you're standing on tip-toe, waist-deep and wavering (can you hear your heart thudding in your ears?), until you remember that it's holding on that's hurting and you open your hands and let go, let go, let go. This is the only way I know.
I'm lost, I'm home.
I'm lost, I'm home.
